Acoustics;  Dead as can be.  It has been specially treated with extensive acoustic treatment, so that it is as dead as possible in sound.  It is pretty much wall to wall with acoustic tiles, all with different depths. so that a good range of frequencies are killed.  A great place to record or just rehearse if you want a really dry sound

Room Dimensions: This studio is just over 13.5 foot by 11.5 foot, giving a total square footage of just over 155  sq foot.   Great headheight too, at about 12 foot.   Air Conditioning means that the studios never gets too warm also.
